PRECISION had been using Salesforce, a functional tool, for 10 years. While it helped the company grow during this time, they eventually realized that they were expanding the CRM without a clear design. In an attempt to resolve this situation, they started adding more features to the system. However, instead of streamlining operations, it ended up slowing them down, making it difficult to track progress in the tool.
In addition, Salesforce's complex interface and functions posed a challenge. Without the necessary assistance and guidance to adapt and customize it for their specific needs, PRECISION decided to take full control of the platform. Although this gave them autonomy in the process, the implementations they carried out affected daily operations and made decision-making more complex. We also focused on training the users, making the entire process agile and straightforward.
Another crucial aspect during the migration was the training and adoption process of the new tool. This was one of the most important points for PRECISION as they knew that the success of this new acquisition relied on how well the teams would use it. Training was fundamental in quickly and fully adopting the platform because the teams work with the tool all day and need to know where each function is located, ensuring continuity in the transition from one platform to another so they can stay focused on their tasks. For example, it was important for the sales team to be able to continue working seamlessly.
