The challenges PRECISION faced before adopting new technologies were evident: while their operations were yielding results that were growing the company, the management of sales opportunities was difficult because they couldn't coordinate their sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Recognizing the need for an all-in-one platform that could not only help manage sales processes but also include marketing and customer service modules to drive their campaigns from a single digital platform without relying on external and disconnected tools, the company sought a comprehensive solution.
 
Furthermore, they required proactive customer assistance that would provide support and offer solutions whenever they encountered difficulties with the software or needed strategic assistance. Unfortunately, with their current tool, they had to solve every problem that arose on their own or seek help from external advisors. PRECISION had been using Salesforce, a functional tool, for 10 years. While it helped the company grow during this time, they eventually realized that they were expanding the CRM without a clear design. In an attempt to resolve this situation, they started adding more features to the system. In addition, Salesforce's complex interface and functions posed a challenge. With PRECISION, we worked for a year, providing guidance and assistance in the implementation and migration; an essential aspect for the company as they needed to transfer the information from the old platform without losing anything while continuing to operate seamlessly. The migration from Salesforce to HubSpot was a well-organized process that included mapping out processes and data modeling, as well as preparing all the information to create a bridge between the platforms. We also focused on training the users, making the entire process agile and straightforward.

Another crucial aspect during the migration was the training and adoption process of the new tool. This was one of the most important points for PRECISION as they knew that the success of this new acquisition relied on how well the teams would use it. Training was fundamental in quickly and fully adopting the platform because the teams work with the tool all day and need to know where each function is located, ensuring continuity in the transition from one platform to another so they can stay focused on their tasks. For example, it was important for the sales team to be able to continue working seamlessly.
